Middle of the derest, Siwa Oasis.
I have never really understood how the world's allocation
between Pepsi and Coca Cola works, 
but I wasn't surprised to find a Wikipedia definition for the "Cola Wars"!
Beginning in the 1980s The Cola-Cola Company and PepsiCo started a highly sofisticated campaign competition, to asset who would have filled with gastric bubbles this or that country.
While Coke filled our imagination with vintage pin-ups
(or happy families, depending on the target)
Pepsi had on its payroll several ambassadors of the assorted VIP universe.
No strategy has been spared,
from Shakira's belly dance to space cans,
from Warhol's obsessive reproductions of the mythical Coke bottle
to targeted iphone apps..
Still it is awkward to face a culture in which
women are wrapped up in dark veils and carried on carts as bundles
while their men are gaily burping american symbols.
