What would you do with 24oooo kisses?
Well, in Ankara you do a protest.
On Saturday,
as a reaction to the law that forbids
"indecorous behavior" in public spaces
and the admonishment of a couple kissing in the subway,
around a hundred people gathered in a station,
kissing for several minutes and carrying
"Free Kisses" panels.
The admonishment is the last of a long sequence of acts
highlighting the progressive expansion of conservative Islam
in Turkey.
