Day 72

Sometimes it can be as easy as that :
"That we need money to live – like it or not – is a self-evident truism. Right? Not anymore."
Too easy, you'll probably think.
But here's the story of someone who actually tried this way and
- paradoxically enough -
eventually turn it into bussiness!

Mark Boyle,
the common man that could have been your friendly neighbour,
after a Business degree and a professional career in the management of organic food,
decided to turn the evergreen utopia of a world without money
into reality.
So far he has been living 2 and a half years in the countryside in England
- God knows how he could cope with that weather without many capitalistic comforts -
getting by food he grows in his garden,
some "gifts" he receives from supporters such as some fuel and a caravan which he turn into his home.

This experience was the kick-off for a more practical project :
a manifesto
and a movement called Freeconomy
an alternative economy system with nowadays counts local groups across 171 countries.

And, as a happy ending is always welcome,
Mark Boyle is about to get married (free of charge, ça va sans dire) :
his girlfriend joined him in his "moneyless adventure", supports his choice and declares herself ready for a life full of (free) joy and sharing.
The wedding, which will made possible by concessions and supports,
should take place soon..

So far, no free-baby ideas in the air ,
but stay tuned for more updates!
